The idea for Manna Mixes came while preparing convenient, and meat-free meal options for a 6 day hike in 2021. Our options were limited to being light in weight, non-perishable, and easy to prepare. The eventual meal also had to be nutritious and filling. This motivated the idea of utilizing dry plant proteins as a source of energy for our trek since it met all of our needs.  With that, Manna Mixes was established in May 2022.

With our premixes we aim to give busy individuals a quick, and affordable alternative to meat-based meals, without compromising on good nutrition. Our premixes require minimal cooking skills, and can be prepared in a variety of ways. All of the ingredients are locally sourced and vegan-friendly, so that everybody can eat well, the easy way.
